Our Holiday pricing is as follows:

$495/hour, 2 hour minimum

• Half-day (4 hours): $1,900

• Full-day (8 hours): $3,800 Pricing includes the train, professional conductor, holiday train decorations, themed music and activities, and setup.

Halloween: October 1st - October 31st

4th of July: June 15th-July 15th

Winter: November 15th-January 5th

Valentines day: February 1st-February 28th

Easter: April 1st-April 30th

Absolutely! We love working big public events! With the deluxe package we can help with taking or selling tickets and ensure our train will be the talk of the event!

We completely understand that every event has a budget, and we’re here to help. If you'd love to have The Armadillo Express at your event but you're concerned about the cost, reach out to us! In some cases, we can offer a revenue-sharing model to make things more affordable.

Here’s how it works: instead of paying the full cost upfront, we can operate the train and sell ride tickets during your event. If, for example, your event invoice is $2,000 and we collect $2,500 in ticket sales, we’ll split the extra revenue with you. If ticket sales fall short—say we only sell $1,500—the event organizer would just be responsible for covering the remaining $500.
