Standard
Pricing
Our rates start at $395 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. We also offer discounted flat-rate packages:

Half-day (4 hours): $1,500

Full-day (8 hours): $2,800 Pricing includes the train, professional conductor, themed music and activities, and setup.

Deluxe package: $95/hr includes extra attendant and Custom Train Station tent serving as loading station, ticket sales, merch booth, multiple photo opportunities, 10'w tunnel for the train to drive through.


Holiday
Pricing
We LOVE the holidays! We wanted to make all holiday events extra special so we go all out on decorations to really make your event shine! These are our absolute busiest months and we want to make sure our train looks festive for every single event. Special Holiday Prices are as follows:

Easter: April 1st-April 30th
4th of July: June 15th-July 15th

Revenue
Share
We completely understand that every event has a budget, and we’re here to help. If you'd love to have The Armadillo Express at your event but you're concerned about the cost, reach out to us! In some cases, we can offer a revenue-sharing model to make things more affordable.
Here’s how it works: instead of paying the full cost upfront, we can operate the train and sell ride tickets during your event. If, for example, your event invoice is $2,000 and we collect $2,500 in ticket sales, we’ll split the extra revenue with you. If ticket sales fall short—say we only sell $1,500—the event organizer would just be responsible for covering the remaining $500.
This option is ideal for public events, festivals, or fundraisers where you expect a solid turnout. Let’s talk and see if a revenue share makes sense for your event. We’re happy to work with you to find a win-win solution!

Extras

Deluxe Package
Upgrade your event with our Deluxe Package, which includes our signature 10x20 themed tent station. It’s the perfect photo spot and adds a polished, immersive feel to your setup. Available for just $95 per hour in addition to your train rental. (Deluxe package is required for all revenue share events and is recommended for all public events)

Merchandise
One of our most popular services is our curated selection of adorable train themed merchandise! Train conductor hats, wooden train whistles, red bandanas, keychains, stickers and more! Our 10x20 Deluxe tent serves as a merch shop with photo ops!

Travel
While we're based out of San Antonio, we cover the whole state of Texas! For events within 20 miles of our base of operations we have a flat travel fee of $80. For all other events we charge $2/mile roundtrip. Farther events may require a longer minimum than the standard two hour minimum,
